Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Fast Internet Browser (the “Application”). By using this Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
General Information
The Fast Internet Browser is developed and provided by Michael Stollenwerk (“the Company”). These Terms govern your use of the Application on Windows and Xbox platforms.
The Application can be downloaded through the Microsoft Store. It is offered as a free version that contains advertisements and as a paid Pro version that removes all advertising.
Eligibility
By using the Application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. The Application is intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
In-App Purchases and Payments
The Application may include optional in-app purchases such as upgrades to the Pro version that remove ads. All payments are handled directly by the Microsoft Store and are subject to the Microsoft Store’s own terms and refund policies.
If an in-app purchase fails or does not work as intended, please contact Microsoft Store support for assistance. The developer does not process payments or refunds directly.
Advertising
The free version of the Application displays advertisements managed by Playwire LLC. Playwire may collect limited, pseudonymized technical data (such as region or device type) to deliver and measure ads. Please review their privacy policy for more information: https://www.playwire.com/privacy-policy.
Content and External Websites
The Application provides access to third-party websites and online content through a built-in web browser. These websites are not owned or controlled by the developer.
The developer assumes no responsibility or liability for the content, security, or privacy practices of external websites accessed through the Application. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any website they visit.
Intellectual Property
The Application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the property of Michael Stollenwerk. The name “Fast Internet Browser” and its related materials may not be used without prior written permission.
Termination
The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application at any time without notice if a user violates these Terms or misuses the Service.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to maintain the Application’s functionality, the developer makes no warranties of any kind regarding reliability, availability, or accuracy.
No guarantee is given that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. Use of the Application is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Michael Stollenwerk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profit, or access to third-party content.
If you have purchased the Pro version, the developer’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Pro version.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany.
Changes to These Terms
The developer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be published within the Application or on the official website. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
