Terms of Use

Fast Internet Browser · Effective date: July 30, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Fast Internet Browser app (the "App"), provided by MIADA ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control. The App is provided free of charge and contains no advertising and no in-app purchases.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only in compliance with applicable law. You are solely responsible for the websites you visit, the content you access, and the files you download through the App.

3. Third-party content

The App displays websites and content operated by third parties. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party website or service. Your use of a website is subject to that website's own terms.

4. Open-source components

The App's content blocker uses the EasyList and EasyPrivacy filter lists (easylist.to), dual-licensed under the GNU General Public License v3 and the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 license. The App builds on the Android Open Source Project and AndroidX libraries, licensed under the Apache License, Version 2.0.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every website.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

7. Changes to the App and these Terms

We may update, change or discontinue the App at any time. We may revise these Terms by publishing an updated version at this address with a new effective date; continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your license ends automatically if you materially breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules and excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
